Meredith Gaddis has been named marketing director. She just moved back to Chattanooga after being away for six years. Ms. Gaddis is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BS in Business Marketing.

She comes from the Insurance industry where she has held a variety of roles from Project Management to Senior Business Consultant. She has also held different marketing positions and has always had a love for design and creativity. She specializes in client relationship management and brand growth.

In this new role, she will be responsible for leading Artech’s business development, marketing initiatives, and public relations. She is thrilled to be a part of the firm and its success.

Jorge Rubio has been hired by Artech Design Group as an Architectural Designer. Mr. Rubio grew up in Bogota, Colombia and moved to the Unites States in the early 1990s. He earned a bachelor’s in architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

In 2005 he moved to Nashville where he worked for several architecture firms with a strict emphasis on healthcare projects. One of his recent roles was with Gresham Smith, as Project Coordinator, where he had the opportunity to work on a hospital in Dubai. He and his wife moved to Chattanooga in the Fall of 2021.
