The fifth annual Chattanooga Fab Institute will kick off on June 7 with a sold-out crowd of over 160 educators from at least 15 states. The event begins with welcoming remarks by executives from PEF, VW and HCS, and will feature a keynote address from Iona Holloway, co-founder of the breathwork app “Soul.”
Doors open at 7:30 a.m. and the event begins at 8 a.m. Burkhard Ulrich (VW), Dr. Justin Robertson (HCS), Dr. Dan Challener (PEF), Michael Stone (PEF) and HCS teachers will be available for interviews around 9 am.
The morning festivities will wrap up at 9:30 a.m. as attendees are bussed to schools to jump into projects in the VW eLabs.
Thursday, June 7 schedule:
7:30 a.m.: doors open;
8 a.m.: event kickoff begins;
9 a.m.: representatives from HCS, VW and PEF, as well as attending educators will be available for stand-up interviews; and
9:30 am: attendees will be bussed off to respective schools to begin hands-on projects in the VW eLabs.
