CBL Properties Names Benjamin Staples To CBL As Senior Vice President – People And Culture

CBL Properties on Wednesday announced that Benjamin Staples has joined CBL as the company’s senior vice president – people and culture. Mr. Staples brings more than 20 years of experience supporting, leading, and directing human resources operations and initiatives, most recently serving as vice president of human resources and diversity for Kenco Group.

In his most recent role at Kenco Group, Mr. Staples served as an HR partner across the organization, providing counsel on a variety of topics to C-suite executives and the legal team. He brings experience and expertise in the areas of recruitment, training, and employee relations and is an established thought leader in diversity and inclusion, said officials.
