Erlanger Announces New CEO For Children’s Hospital At Erlanger

Erlanger announces the appointment of Deborah Spielman as vice president and chief executive officer of Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, effective Monday. 

"Deborah makes history as the first female CEO of the Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, marking a new chapter in its long-standing commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care," officials said.

In her new role, Ms. Spielman will focus on expanding pediatric services, strengthening core care programs and supporting the staff at Children’s Hospital at Erlanger. With a deep background in healthcare leadership, she brings a wealth of experience in strategic development and team building, aimed at enhancing care for children and families across the region.

"Deborah's leadership aligns with Erlanger’s mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to every patient, and her vision will help ensure the hospital's continued growth and success," officials said.
