A BJ's Wholesale Club will be erected at Northgate Mall.

It will be at the former Sears location.

The property at 401 Northgate Mall Dr, Hixson, was sold to Bjs Wholesale Club Inc from Bi Developments Ii Llc for $6,500,000.

BJ's offers "low prices from leading brands" to its members.
