HHM Certified Public Accountants has added Steven Ramsey, EA, and Susan Jeffery, CPA, CGMA, to the Chattanooga office, and Mark Grochau, CPA, to the Memphis office. All three professionals join the firm as senior tax managers.

Mr.
Ramsey brings over 30 years comprehensive tax experience to the firm. As a senior tax manager, he will provide tax review and tax planning services for a variety of clients, as well as tax compliance and analyses. Prior to joining HHM CPAs, Mr. Ramsey honed his skills and knowledge during a six-year tenure with a top four CPA firm before spending 25+ years with a smaller regional firm. Mr. Ramsey has a bachelor of science in accounting from Penn-West Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Jeffery has over 20 years of accounting experience and will provide tax compliance and tax advisory services for corporate, partnership and high net worth individuals, as well as tax planning for retail automobile dealerships, related entities and related dealer principals. She has spent much of her career specializing in the auto dealership services niche and most recently worked for a top 10 CPA firm. She is a graduate of DePauw University.
Mr. Grochau brings 30+ years of experience in accounting and finance to HHM. As a senior tax manager, he will provide tax planning, financial analysis and risk management services for clients in a variety of industries. Prior to joining the team, he spent time at a top 10 CPA firm and in private industry, serving in chief financial officer and VP of finance roles. Mr. Grochau's educational background includes a master's degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi.
