Tesla Dealership Off I-75 Sells For Over $12.5 Million

The Tesla Dealership & Service Center at 2415 Elam Lane has sold for $12,532,000.

The one-story 26, 870 square-foot facility was built just last year and sits on 4.28 acres.

It is part of the Waterside development.

The property features 425 feet of I-75 frontage.

UAP-Chattanooga LLC and UAP-Elam LLC purchased the property from 22 33 Chattanooga LLC.
