Lynn Gurley, 81, of Red Bank, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at her home.

Born in Tazewell, Tn., Mrs. Gurley has been a resident of Red Bank for the past 25 years and was a 1960 graduate of Kirkman High School.

She was formerly a bookkeeper with Chattanooga Milk Association and Dixie Logging Tools.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Gurley; parents, Albert and Willie Hughes; and siblings, June Smith, Tip Hughes, Beulah Munger, Kathryn Hall, and Betty Freeman.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Russ) Edwards, Pulaski, Tn.; son, Tim Gurley, Chattanooga; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 20, at 3 p.m. at Hughes Cemetery in New Tazwell, Tn.
