Humane Educational Society is partnering with Club Pilates North Shore, bringing together fitness enthusiasts and animal lovers. Club Pilates will host an exclusive “Pups and Pilates” session on Friday at 3 p.m., featuring adoptable shelter puppies and kittens from HES.
Gabby Mann, manager of Club Pilates North Shore, said, "Participants will be able to get some exercise with the purrrr-fect workout partners. We are excited about making more introductions around the community and having the opportunity to share and align with like-minded organizations while supporting a great cause."
Participants will have the opportunity to stretch, flow, and wag their tails alongside adoptable animals, providing a unique and memorable workout experience.
The cost to join the class is $35, with all proceeds directly benefiting the Humane Educational Society.
"We are calling all HES supporters to join us for this special event," said Chris Atib, HES director of Development. "Not only will you enjoy a great workout, but your participation will help us continue to care for and find homes for animals in need within our community."
Participants are encouraged to bring their yoga mats. In addition to the class, a donation list will be provided in the studio for those who wish to contribute further to the care and well-being of HES animals.
