City of Chattanooga Paves 3rd Street In Front Of Chattanooga School For Art And Sciences

Mayor Tim Kelly announced Public Works crews were able to complete the re-paving of 3rd Street in front of the Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences in time for the beginning of the school year.

Officials said, "The new paving will improve safety and accessibility for students, parents, faculty and staff as they navigate to and from the school. This project reflects the administration’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing its infrastructure to better serve the community."

“While we’re proud of the progress we've made filling potholes and repaving roads, we’re not satisfied and we recognize that there is much more to do,” said Mayor Kelly.
“Our commitment to improving Chattanooga’s infrastructure is unwavering, and we will continue to prioritize projects that enhance the safety and quality of life for our residents."
