Charles William Harvey
Charles William Harvey, 71, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
Charles was born in Cleveland, Tn., on March 14, 1953, the son of the late Homer Harvey and Frances McSpadden Harvey. He retired from Martin Marietta after many years of service. Charles was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid Dale Earnhardt fan and enjoyed trout fishing and watching western movies.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Dale Harvey and two sisters, Dorothy Church and Peggy Atkinson.
Survivors include his sister, Reba Taylor; nephew that was like a son, Kevin Taylor; and a brother-in-law, Johnny Church. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life will be on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, at noon at Heritage Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park.
Visitation will be on Monday, from 4-8 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home.
