John Cosgrove
Southern Adventist University invites the community to join students and faculty in welcoming veteran John Cosgrove, founder and CEO of The Leadership Workshop, to speak on “PurposeBased, Value-Driven Leadership” for the E.A. Anderson Lecture beginning promptly at 6:50 p.m. this coming Monday in Brock Hall on campus.
A global speaker, Mr. Cosgrove is also a West Point graduate and former Airborne Ranger Infantry officer who earned distinction commanding a company in the Presidential Honor Guard and as the honor graduate of the U.S.
Army Ranger School. After his military service, he transitioned to the corporate world, excelling as a financial advisor and leader at Merrill Lynch, Mellon Bank and UBS. He later earned a doctorate in leadership from Andrews University in Michigan and dedicated his career to empowering leaders worldwide through workshops and impactful talks.
The E.A. Anderson Lecture Series is an annual feature of the Institute of Ethical Leadership housed within Southern’s School of Business. The free series aims to develop and support leaders through education and experience while fostering ethical marketplace environments.
Made possible by the late E.A. Anderson of Atlanta, the lectures promote expertise and perspectives from business leaders from across the country.
