Delzie Faye Hale Adcock, 69, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025.

Delzie was born in Temple Hill, Ky., on Jan. 12, 1956, the daughter of the late Tommie Franklin Hale and Margaret Marie McClard Hale. She retired from Memorial Hospital as a surgical technician where she precepted many students, winning awards from many schools. Delzie had a great sense of humor and always had a generous heart. She lived life to the fullest and enjoying traveling and shopping. Delzie loved her daughters and grandchildren above everything. In addition to her parents, Delzie was preceded in death by a brother, Tommie Ferrell Hale and sister-in-law, Nancy Louise Hale.

Survivors include her two daughters, Ashlee Lehman (Casey Lehman, Sr.) and Andrea Adcock; and three grandchildren, Ava Marie Pack, Audree Faye Lehman, and Casey Dean Lehman, Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be held later.
