Signal Centers Hires Travaar Armstrong As Deputy Operations Officer

Signal Centers announces a new executive leadership team member, Travaar Armstrong.

As deputy operations officer, Mr. Armstrong is responsible for overseeing the organization’s operational structure, ensuring the efficient management of facilities and providing support to staff. He focuses on sustaining internal systems to enhance performance, streamline processes and maintain organizational excellence.

Mr. Armstrong, a seasoned project management professional, has more than 10 years of experience leading projects in technology and retail, alongside serving in various nonprofit roles in Chattanooga and Cleveland. He holds a bachelor of science in information technology, a master of business administration, and is a nine-year veteran of the Virginia Army National Guard.
