Lookouts Come Up Short At Smokies, Fall 5-4

The Chattanooga Lookouts began their series with the Knoxville Smokies on Tuesday night in Knoxville in an evenly matched affair that saw the Lookouts come up just short. Each team collected seven hits, the deciding difference being that two of the Smokies hits cleared the fence. The final score was 5-4. 

The Lookouts used three pitchers on the night with Brandon Komar receiving the loss. He allowed three runs on three hits in two innings. Hector Rodriguez had a big night at the plate for Chattanooga, going 3-4 with a double and two RBIs. 

The Lookouts will be back in action on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in Knoxville.
