The Chattanooga Division of Transportation has implemented an all-way stop at the intersection of W. 13th Street and Chestnut Street, effective today.
"This decision follows a thorough review of a recent traffic study and careful consideration of feedback from our constituents," officials said. "We urge all drivers approaching this intersection to exercise caution as everyone adjusts to the new traffic pattern."
