One year after her arrival at Coeo Strategies, Brooke Satterfield has been made partner at the consulting practice.

"It's clear that organizations are facing more complex and urgent challenges than ever, and as we look to the future, the ones ready to lead are rethinking how they engage audiences, voters and stakeholders," said Ms. Satterfield. "Over the past year, I've been honored to help many of our corporate, public sector, nonprofit and higher education clients do exactly that. I'm proud to bring my talents and experience to work that helps organizations rise to this moment, and I'm eager to shape what’s next at Coeo.”

Officials said, "Since joining Coeo Strategies, Ms.
Satterfield has worked extensively on crisis preparedness and executive level safety and security planning with local corporations; produced the inaugural Chattanooga Connect conference for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Research Institute, as well as several major public events for the City of Chattanooga and Chattanooga Police Department; and provided ongoing strategic advice to a number of nonprofit organizations in the education, affordable housing and healthcare.

"Coeo was founded in 2021 by Kerry Hayes, who will continue to serve as its Principal. The firm specializes in problem solving for cities and their partners in the corporate, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors through strategic communications and advisory services."
