Robert "Bob" S. Morris, Jr.
Robert "Bob" S. Morris, Jr., 82, of Rossville, Georgia went home to be with the Lord and his precious daughter on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
He was born on February 21, 1943. Bob was a Christian and was retired from Lowe’s Home Improvement – Fort Oglethorpe after 25 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert S. Morris, Sr.; mother, Leatha Mae Morris, beloved daughter, Tammy Morris Limbaugh; sisters, Joyce Faulkner and Renae Barry and brother in-law Gene Martin.
It's hard to imagine life without my dad. He was always there – solid, dependable, and quietly watching over his family. He wasn’t one for big speeches or dramatic gestures, but he showed his love in the ways that truly mattered. In his presence, I always felt a little safer, a little steadier, no matter what life was throwing my way. He may be gone, but his influence remains – in quiet gestures and in the way we care for each other. That’s how he loved us. That’s how we will remember him.
Bob is loved and survived by his beloved daughter, Kim (Keith) Ellis; grandson, Matt Fouts; granddaughter, Katelyn (Tate) Canida; great-granddaughter, Stevie Canida; great-grandson, Cape Canida; long-time surrogate son, Marty Keesey; sisters, Dot (Jerry) Evans; Juanette Martin; Penny (Fred) Merciers; brother, Richard (Brenda) Morris and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life for both Bob and Tammy will be held at a later date.
