Lookouts Dominate Trash Pandas Thursday Night

The Chattanooga Lookouts used a seven run third inning to route the visiting Rocket City Trash Pandas by a score of 12-0 on Thursday night. Lookouts hitters pounded out 17 hits on the evening with six starters having a multi-hit game.

Jay Allen II and Ruben Ibarra led the charge with three hits apiece. Ibarra hit his eleventh homerun and tenth double. Ethan O'Donnell added a two run shot in the fourth.

On the mound three Lookouts pitchers combined to allow only three hits on the evening. Starter Jared Lyons picked up his third win on the season going five innings and striking out four.

The two teams are back in action at home with games at 7:15 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evening before the Sunday afternoon finale at 1:15 p.m.
