The Court having determined that the address of your residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated sections 21-1-203 & 204, you are hereby served by publication as to your status as a defendant in the above-captioned litigation with respect to any interest you may claim in the real property situated in Hamilton County, Tennessee, being Tax Map-Parcel Number 129J-C-018 and commonly known as 4811 Bellbrook Drive, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37416. Please take notice that on October 20, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. the Court will hold a hearing on this matter in Part 1 of the Chancery Court for Hamilton County, Tennessee, the Honorable Pamela Fleenor presiding, and should you neither appear at said hearing, nor otherwise answer or defend the cause of action against you, judgment will be entered against you by default for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
