On Behalf of the family of Philip Daniel Hays

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who came to my husband's visitation on Monday, August 18th and who attended the funeral on Tuesday the 19th. Also, thank you for those who sent flowers, donated to charities, and gave Bibles in his name, and those who brought food for visitation as well as sent food to our home. All the prayers, love, and generosity that were poured out for our family in my husband's honor will never be forgotten.

Thank you to the U.S. Navy and the American Legion Post #81 who gave Philip military honors.

God bless Silverdale Baptist Church and its members for all their love and support through this difficult time. To our minister, Chuck Patrick, a special thank you for the way you have loved and supported each one us in
this trying time.

God bless all those whose prayers and love were greatly appreciated.

2 Corinthians 1:3-5
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ."

A grateful wife, mother and grandmother,
Norma Hays
