The City Council voted 7-2 on Tuesday night to approva a new Urban Chicken Ordinance that allows up to eight laying hens on a single-family lot. Opposed were council members Marvene Noel and Jenni Berz. Councilwoman Noel sought an amendment that would prohibit fowls from her District 8. However, there was no second to the motion. Extra Base Hit Barrage Leads Lookouts Past Clingstones

The Lookouts pounded out six doubles and two homeruns and then lock down closer Trevor Kuncl closed the door on the Columbus Clingstones on Tuesday night to give Chattanooga the 6-5 victory. The Lookouts were just 3-11 with runners in scoring position and left ten men on base but Ethan O'Donnell and Ruben Ibarra homered and Cam Collier added two doubles.
