Following an extensive national search, the Carter Street Corporation has named Sam Voisin as the new executive director of the Chattanooga Convention Center. Former Tennessee star pitcher Chase Burns is leaving Chattanooga for Louisville. He was elevated from Double A to Triple A by the Cincinnati Reds. That came after he shut out the Smokies over seven innings in Knoxville. Burns finished his outstanding college career at Wake Forest. more
