Fleischmann Applauds Passage Of The One Big Beautiful Bill Act

Rep. Chuck Fleischmann praised the U.S. House of Representatives passage of H.R. 1, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act , sending it to President Donald Trump to sign into law. The vote was 218 to 214. Lookouts Fall To Barons In Another Pitching Duel

For the third night in a row the Chattanooga Lookouts and Birmingham Barons found themselves in a low scoring pitching duel. On Thursday night the game was scoreless into the eighth inning after Lookouts starter Jared Lyons and reliever Joel Valdez scattered a combined four hits with no runs. Not to be out done, Birmingham starter Shane Murphy went seven scoreless himself before allowing a run in the eighth.
