Alan Peter Gehrke, 37, of Chattanooga, died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003, at his residence.
He was a graduate of Austin Peay State University, was a self-employed electronic technician and was a friend of Resurrection Lutheran Church.
His father, Robert C. Gehrke; a brother, David Gehrke; and his grandparents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his mother, Marilyn P. Gehrke of Hixson; sister and her husband, Deborah and Kevin LaGoo of Soddy-Daisy; brothers and their wives, Rick and Jennifer Gehrke of Soddy-Daisy and Roger and Anne Gehrke of Hixson; nieces and nephews, Amber and Jesse LaGoo and Erik and Kati Gehrke; and several aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 4309 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, with the Rev. David Webb officiating.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
