Addie Euphemia Wilson, 79, of Dunlap died Friday, August 22, 2003.
She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and strong in her beliefs and faithfulness to God. She was a member of Graysville Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Nellie Lewis and was preceded in death by her husband, William F. (Bill) Wilson, son, Kenneth L. Miller, sister, Geneva Gambrota, brothers, Richard, T. L., and Bruce Lewis.
Survivors include five daughters, Shelia Smith of Signal Mountain, Terry and Larry Ewton, and LaVonnia and Dion Swafford, all of Dunlap, LeGieta and David Erwin of Smyrna, GA, and Twanda and Rick Splawn of Tunnel Hill, GA; two sons, Standefer and Karen Miller and Wade Miller, all of Chattanooga; two sisters, Velma Hudson of Signal Mountain, and Gladys (Tommy) Cranmore of Dunlap, and a brother, Grover Lewis of Chattanooga. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road with Revs. Wilburn Hardaman, Eddie Harris, and Stacy Seals officiating.
Interment will follow in Hamilton County Memorial Park with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Heritage Funeral Home, East Brainerd Road.
