New China Buffet Opens Second Restaurant

The New China Buffet and Grill is celebrating the grand opening of its second Chattanooga restaurant at 531 Signal Mountain Road, Suite 129. The first New China Buffet opened last year at 3450 Cummings Highway, Suite 120.

The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce will assist with the festivities, beginning at 11 a.m. on Thursday.

The New China Buffet on Signal Mountain Road will feature over 150 items, including Chinese, Japanese (Sushi), Mongolian and American foods from the grill. With a menu of moderately priced items, the restaurant features carry out and catering.

The restaurant is owned by Hui Chen, who has been in the restaurant business for 15 years.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. seven days a week. For more information visit www.new-china-buffet.com.
