The Glass Doctor of Chattanooga franchise has been acquired by Don Anderson and Rick Israel.
Part of the nation’s largest full-service glass repair and replacement company, Glass Doctor of Chattanooga offers residential, automotive, and commercial glass services to Bradley and Hamilton Counties in Tennessee, as well as Catoosa and Walker Counties in Georgia.
Mr. Anderson and Mr. Israel recently purchased the Chattanooga territory from Michael Hailey.
“We’re proud to be a part of the Glass Doctor franchise system, because it makes customer satisfaction the top priority,” said Mr. Anderson, who manages the daily operations. “The Chattanooga area has many opportunities and a bright future, so I’m confident Glass Doctor of Chattanooga will grow with the market.”
In September, Mr. Anderson attended a two-week training course on the latest glass repair technology, customer service techniques and marketing methods, which was conducted at the Glass Doctor corporate headquarters in Waco, Tex.
“I’m know Don, Rick and the Glass Doctor of Chattanooga team will quickly expand and improve their business using the Glass Doctor system,” said Mark Dawson, president of Glass Doctor. “We all operate under the same core values, including professional service and high-quality products at fair prices.”
Offering G12 to the Chattanooga market will be one improvement. With every OEM (original equipment manufactured) windshield installed, Glass Doctor of Chattanooga will offer G12, a one-year guarantee on windshield replacement. If an OEM replacement windshield that a Glass Doctor franchise has installed is damaged or broken within 12 months of the replacement date, Glass Doctor will repair or replace the windshield glass only at no additional charge to the customer (some vehicle restrictions apply).
Located at 5500 Hixson Pike, Glass Doctor of Chattanooga is open 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
