Nancy Cardillo
Nancy Cardillo, 75, of Chattanooga, died on Tuesday, March 25, 2008, at her home.
Mrs. Cardillo was born in Bloomfield, N.J. to Edward and Dorothy Miller. She was a member of St. Elmo Presbyterian Church, a lover of animals involved in breeding exotic animals, and was the founder and publisher of a related magazine.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Joseph Cardillo; sons, Christopher, a resident of Orange Grove, Michael and his wife, Maria, and Kenneth and his wife, Audra, all of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Sarah (Stephen) Nichols, Ian (Kelly) Cardillo, Jonah, Owen, Giorgianna, and Nolan Cardillo; great-grandchildren, Leia and Finnigan; sisters, Lois (Don) Speakman of Ohio and Sarah (Warren) Oster of Ooltewah; and brother, David (Vivian) Miller of Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marilyn Stone.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Orange Grove Center, 505 Derby St., Chattanooga, Tn. 37404.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Elmo Presbyterian Church with Rev. Cal Boroughs officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 404 S. Moore Road.
