Engineering and architectural firm Barge, Waggoner, Sumner, and Cannon, Inc., welcomes David Bible, PE, to the Water Services group in the Chattanooga office as a project manager.

“The addition of David to our Chattanooga office is another sign of our commitment to the local market there,” said Barney Fullington, PE, director of Water Services. “David brings outstanding technical skills and a long history of working with the City of Chattanooga and surrounding communities on a wide variety of water and wastewater projects. We are excited to have him aboard.”

Mr. Bible comes to Barge Waggoner with over 24 years of experience in designing and managing wastewater and infrastructure projects across Tennessee and the Southeast. Before joining Barge Waggoner, he served as project manager for ARCADIS US.

Mr. Bible earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University (1987). He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Water Environment Federation, and is a registered professional engineer in Tennessee and Georgia. Bible serves as a deacon at Signal Mountain Church of Christ.

Originally from South Pittsburg, Tn., Mr. Bible and his family live in Signal Mountain.
