The Chattanooga Zoo has reopened after being closed due to a failure to file papers on time with the USDA.
To celebrate the reopening, the zoo is offering free carousel rides to all.
On Tuesday, zoo officials said they had to temporarily close exhibits to the public "until USDA paperwork can be resolved."
The zoo will reopen to the public as soon as the new USDA license is issued, officials said at the time.
Zoo officials said paperwork had been mailed in three days too late.
