  • Thursday, November 6, 2014

The Hamilton County Department of Education and Stellar Therapy will offer a parent and staff professional training session on Fine Motor Fun on Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 6-7:30 p.m. in the board room at 3074 Hickory Valley Road.

In this session, Janel Morton, occupational therapy assistant, will discuss typical fine motor development and activities to support improvement in skills at each stage. She will teach simple, fun activities that participants can do with inexpensive materials in the home and classroom to improve a child's fine motor skills. This in turn can improve performance in daily activities such as handwriting and personal care.

There is no need to RSVP.
