Pamela Davis, 52, Killed In Car Accident On Highway 58 Sunday Morning

Pamela Davis, 52, was killed in a car accident Sunday morning on Highway 58.

At 7:16 a.m. Chattanooga Police officers were dispatched to 5914 Highway 58 on a traffic accident. Upon arrival, officers found a woman who had been ejected from her vehicle and was unconscious. 

The driver of a Ford Explorer was traveling south on Highway 58 when she crossed into the northbound lane and then veered off the roadway. When the Explorer left the roadway it crashed into an embankment which caused it to roll over.

 The impact from the vehicle rolling over caused the driver to be ejected from the vehicle. The driver was transported to an area hospital by HCEMS, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Chattanooga Police ask anyone with information regarding this accident to call 423-698-2525.

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
