Donald Underwood
Donald Underwood, 58, was arrested after police said he was seen swinging a machete at Edward Romines, 45. The incident took place outside the Greenway View Drive Walmart on Thursday.
Mr. Romines told officers he and another man were walking around the corner of Walmart when the suspect approached. The victim said he only spoke briefly to Underwood before the suspect began swinging the machete at him.
