Teresa Ann Ault Black, 50, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at her residence.

A lifelong resident of the North Georgia area, she was an employee of Shaw Industries where she has worked for 17 years, and attended Ringgold United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Black and niece, April McMillan.

She is survived by her mother, Ima Jean Smithey Ault of Dalton; Larry C. Black of Ringgold; son, Bo Clifton Black of Ringgold; step-daughter, Kelli Michelle Black of Houston; sister, Pam (Stephen Casterline) McMillan of Dalton; brother, Howard Lane Ault of Ringgold; niece, Ashley Christian; nephew, Jeremy (Brittany) McMillan, two great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28, at the Ringgold United Methodist Church with Pastor Ben Cathey, Brother Bobby Fleck, and Pastor Joe Brown officiating.

She will lie in state from 9 a.m. until funeral time on Saturday at the church. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Friday, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the College Education Fund for Bo Black at Capital Bank.

Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home Wallis-Stewart Chapel, Ringgold.
