Edward “Den” Denward Quinn, 83, of Ooltewah, Tennessee passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025 at his residence.

A native of Ooltewah, he was former vice president of manufacturing with Astec where he worked for 40 years and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Ooltewah. Den was a former member of the Wildlife Turkey Federation. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Wilson Quinn and Clara Mae Wilson Quinn; daughter, Stephanie Allen; three brothers, Lee, James, and Chester Quinn; and four sisters, Evelyn Quinn, Betty Quinn, Jane Berry and Jan Quinn.

Den is survived by his wife, Ann Tolley Quinn, two daughters, Kim (Mike) Higdon and Clarissa (Howard) Blake; two stepsons, Trey (Tamie) Campbell and Tolley Campbell; one sister, Jawnese Sloop; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Perry McAllister officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Thursday before the service.
