There’ a new kid in town, and her name is Haley Reynolds. She will welcome you with open arms, surround you with her beautiful things and make sure you never want to leave!

Susan Reynolds and Hallie Haley are the creators and curators of this fabulous shop, Haley Reynolds Home at 2220 Dayton Blvd. in Red Bank.

Susan, former owner of Bud Home, has always believed that beautiful, high-quality pieces should be accessible locally, which led her to open a store in which she could curate special pieces that help make a house feel like a home. That naturally extended to fine art, as well. “I’ve always had a passion for discovering artists, both local and regional, and that passion is what ultimately led me to become a store owner,” Susan said.

Hallie is the consummate hostess, and after her time at the U.S. Senate came to an end following Senator Bob Corker's retirement, she reconnected with her friend and wedding planner extraordinaire, Chattanoogan Dori Waller of The Social Office. Hallie planned to work with her for six months to learn the industry and get her feet wet, and indeed she was hooked after their very first wedding.

“I loved being part of a bride’s special day and everything that came with it,” Hallie said.

But as much as she adored working with Dori, she loved her boyfriend John Haley more, and he was in D.C. After planning her own wedding and living in D.C. for a few more months, she and John moved to Lookout Mountain.

“I was new to town and did not know many people, so I spent an afternoon shopping and ended up at Bud Home, which Susan Reynolds owned. I kept going back, and we quickly became friends,” Hallie said.

When Hallie, a lover of all-things-bridal, shared her dream of opening a registry store, Susan said, "Why don’t you join me, and we do it together?”

Six weeks later, they were partners and had already landed their first major vendor: Juliska.

Hallie says the best part of what they do is getting to make people happy.

“Whether we’re helping someone choose the perfect gift for a teacher or a mother-in-law, our goal is always the same: to make sure the giver feels confident the recipient will love it,” Hallie says. “We especially cherish working with brides during such a meaningful time in their lives. It’s an honor to help them build a registry that reflects the life they’re about to begin with their spouse, their future children, and even future grandchildren.”

“Before Hallie and I became business partners, the store leaned more toward a traditional gift shop with fine art and home goods. Once Hallie joined, we began shifting the focus to include bridal registries and fine china, evolving into something truly unique. Together, we’ve transformed the store into a one-of-a-kind destination that blends timeless design with thoughtful gifting,” Susan said.

In addition to the brands their customers already love, like Juliska, Ginori, Herend, Simon Pearce, and more, this duo is excited to introduce several new lines to the shop.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Half Past Seven, a handblown glass company based in San Miguel, Mexico. Their vases and ice buckets are truly one-of-a-kind beautiful statement pieces for your home or thoughtful gifts for the person who has everything.

"We’re also expanding into jewelry with a permanent collection from SJ Bailey, known for her handcrafted earrings made with brides and bridesmaids in mind. After hosting a pop-up with her earlier this year and seeing the overwhelming response, we knew her pieces needed a permanent home in Chattanooga,” Hallie said, as do a few candle lines, like Culti, a luxury scent brand from Milan, and vases from Simon Pearce, Vietri, and Juliska.

But the best part of Haley Reynolds by far is her customers. “We’ve built real relationships with the people who walk through our doors, and it’s been such a joy to feel connected to the community around us. We love choosing products with our customers in mind,” Susan said.

So in case you haven’t met Haley Reynolds Home, pop in on her. She’s gonna be your new best friend.
