Timothy “Tim” Cross, 53, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday morning, September 20, 2017.

All who knew Tim knew that he loved to hunt, fish, and watch football. He also loved watching NASCAR and his favorite driver, Jimmie Johnson. Tim was an extremely hard worker who would always do what it takes to get the job done. More than anything, Tim loved his family and would always take pride in aggravating them. He will be dearly missed by all those that knew him. 

He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Larry and Gary Cross.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving daughter, Britany Cross; grandsons, Ethan Ross and Hunter Cross; parents, Mary and Bill Cross; sisters, Ramona Cross, Donna Beaty, Karen Brown, and Christina Cross; step-children, Jeremy Hayes, Missy Pritchett, and Ryan McGoldrick; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. 

Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, at Companion Funeral Home, at 2419 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, Tn. 37311.

A celebration of life funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, with Pastor Jackie Carden officiating the service in the chapel of Companion Funeral Home.
