Shannon Kilgore-Sigler
Shannon Orlando Ruth Kilgore-Sigler, 59, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, after a brief battle with cancer.
Shannon is remembered for her big heart, being full of laughter, kindness to others and love for her family and pets, especially cats. Shannon was one of God’s angels sent down from heaven to be a great example of forgiveness and help to all that had the pleasure of knowing her. She saw all the beauty and goodness that God places in each of our lives every day.
Shannon leaves behind her loving husband and companion of 22 years, Paul Sigler, as well as her adopted grandchild Gracie Sigler; sister LeeAnne Cordell (Jim); brothers Herman L. Kilgore (Jan) and James Kilgore (Celeste); nieces Savannah Kilgore, Jessica Kilgore Cook, Gabrielle Kilgore; nephew William Kilgore and dear friend Lisa Kilgore.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Shannon’s name to Hospice of Chattanooga, Cleveland branch, or to Cleveland Humane Society.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, Jan. 19, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the service at 12 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, with the burial to follow at Lee Cemetery in McDonald, Tn. Reverend Guinn Greene and Reverend Bill Beaty will preside over the services.
