Celebrated cook, television personality, and best-selling author Rachael Ray will open her first restaurant on Uber Eats Thursday in 13 U.S. cities, including Chattanooga.
Sharing recipes from her newest cookbook, Rachael Ray 50: Memories and Meals from a Sweet and Savory Life, Rachael will offer fans and Uber Eats customers alike the opportunity to enjoy her food delivered straight to their door for the first time.
The limited-edition virtual restaurant will be available exclusively on the Uber Eats platform starting Thursday through the end of December in 13 cities around the country. In addition to Chattanooga, delivery will be available in New York City, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Toronto. Two-hundred and fifty Uber Eats customers in each city will receive a copy of Rachael Ray 50 with their order.
Rachael’s all-time favorite recipes available include many from her new cookbook: Buffalo Pulled Chicken Chili with Smoked Blue Ranch Sauce, Tahini Caesar Salad with Za’atar Croutons, Sicilian Orange and Fennel Salad with Oregano, Big Smack Cheeseburger, Fried Chicken Sandwich, Dozen-Spiced Fried Chicken Wings with Sweet Heat (Spicy Honey), Classic Bolognese with Egg Tagliatelle, Fettuccine alla Vodka (aka You Won’t Be Single for Long Vodka Sauce), Jalapeno Popper Grits, Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Pickles and Cauliflower Mash with Roasted Garlic, Ricotta, Lemon & Thyme.
