Local Restaurants Raise Funds For Erlanger During Giving Tuesday

  • Friday, November 29, 2019

On Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3, people across the nation will donate to organizations benefiting an array of causes. Locally, area residents can help raise funds for non-profit services at Erlanger and Children’s Hospital by eating at participating restaurants on Tuesday.

West Village restaurants, Citron Et Sel, Old Gillman Grill, Alimentari Cucina e Bar and Paloma Bar de Tapas, will donate 10% of proceeds from sales on Tuesday, December 3 to the Erlanger Neuroscience Institute.

With a passion for Alzheimer’s research, the group is committed to helping Erlanger strive to improve care for patients.

Chattanooga area Steak’N’Shake restaurants owned by Debo’s Dinners will continue their support of pediatric patients with a percentage of Tuesday’s sales going to Children’s Hospital at Erlanger. To date, Chattanooga Steak’N’Shake restaurants have raised over $100,000 for Children’s Hospital.

Residents can also donate directly to Erlanger and Children’s Hospital on Giving Tuesday by visiting www.erlangerfoundation.com or through Facebook donations. Donors have the option to specifically give to a single need, initiative or to the health system.
