Booger Brooks of Chattanooga inherited the 602/Sportman $5,000 feature race Saturday night at Cochran (Ga.) Motor Speedway at the "GOBBLER 100" event.

The #WON11 Gar Dickson Racing "Chattanooga Valley Auto Parts, Converter Man, BBR, Biggens Masonary, Hoosier by Brian, Base Racing Fuel" sponsored team ran second but in a post race inspection, on Michael Page's race car, the second generation racer got elevated to winner by the Red Clay sanctioning series.

In the 100 lap Super Late Model $15,000 feature Tennessean Scott Bloomquist took the top prize.

The "Gobbler 100" was once a staple of the Tennessee Valley racing area annually at the now defunct Cleveland Speedway for nearly 30 years before being relocated to Georgia tracks.
