Synergy Climbing And Ninja Training Center Coming To Chattanooga's Southside

  • Tuesday, December 10, 2019

Lisa Rands and The Synergy Project, Tennessee Bouldering Authority, and famed American Ninja Warrior show champion, Isaac Caldiero, announced a collaboration to bring a new, preeminent rock climbing and ninja obstacle facility to East Main Street in Chattanooga.

The new gym, Synergy Climbing and Ninja, will preserve TBA’s original character and dedicated training space, but will add a massively expanded bouldering area and a separate ninja obstacle zone designed by Isaac Caldiero, along with a dedicated fitness area, yoga room, and café.

“We’re really excited to team up with TBA, Chattanooga’s original and most respected climbing gym.  We’ll have a bigger space but preserve the awesome route setting and sense of community that makes TBA such a great place to train,” said Ms.

Rands. “It’s also amazing to work with our long-time friend, Isaac Caldiero, to bring his vision of an authentic ninja gym to our home city.”

The Synergy Climbing and Ninja gym is designed by world-class athletes and real practitioners, with extensive state-of-the-art climbing terrain to prepare users for competition and outdoor climbing, as well as to offer endless fun, at every angle and for every level of experience. A dedicated TBA training zone, modeled after the celebrated TBA Gym, will provide climbers with a familiar climbing space and training boards. The Ninja zone created by Mr. Caldiero will mimic the structure and obstacles seen on the popular TV show, with courses for both serious and recreational adults and kids, and will also be an incredible birthday party and event space.

The new facility will offer adult and youth programs such as classes, clubs, camps, and competitions, along with modern weight training, cardio equipment and fitness classes.  A café and hangout space for customers to connect with work and their social life will be at the center of Synergy Climbing and Ninja.

Supporting the project are TuckerBuild (General Contractor), Bloom Architecture, and Active Build (Climbing Walls and Padding).
