Johnthony Walker Facing Statutory Rape Indictments In Nashville

  • Monday, March 11, 2019

Johnthony Walker, who is already facing a four-year sentence for the deaths of six children in a school bus wreck in Brainerd, has been indicted in Nashville on eight counts of statutory rape.

Walker was charged earlier of having sex with a girl from a family he was staying with during the appeal of his Chattanooga case.

The Davidson County Grand Jury also returned an indictment for sexual exploitation of a minor.

Walker was arrested last June after the 14-year-old girl's parents found out about the relationship.

Walker was driving a county school bus that crashed in 2016 after veering off Talley Road.
