Brittany Thomas Faith
Brittany Thomas Faith, of the law firm of Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C., has been elected by her peers as chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Mid-South Chapter and the Association’s Executive Committee.
The Mid-South chapter is a sub-chapter of the national Association that consists of lawyers in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Kentucky.
In addition, the Chapter has selected Chattanooga to host its annual conference Oct. 4 and 5. Immigration attorneys from all over the county are expected to attend.
Ms. Faith joined Grant, Konvalinka & Harrison, P.C.’s Immigration Practice Group in 2012. She was elected to be a director of the firm at the end of 2018. Ms. Faith focuses her practice on immigration, including family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, and humanitarian relief. Ms. Faith also is currently serving as the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division East Tennessee governor and has led several immigration focused service projects through the TBA. Ms. Faith also serves on the board of La Paz of Chattanooga, which has been the inspiration for many of her service projects.
Ms. Faith lives in Chattanooga with her husband, Justin, and son, Bennett.
