Fulin’s Asian Cuisine Announces Grand Opening At Cambridge Square

  • Monday, June 17, 2019
Fulin’s Asian Cuisine, a family owned upscale Asian concept, has announced a grand opening date of June 22 at Cambridge Square in Ooltewah. The 3,000 square foot space is located at 6011 Chesterton Way, Ooltewah 37363.

Fulin’s is currently in its lunch and dinner soft-opening period in preparation for the grand opening on the 22nd. On that day, the first 500 customers* will receive a lifetime Fulin’s Loyalty card. This loyalty card will allow for a 10-percent-off discount on any check** and will offer patrons a first-notice for specials available only to loyalty customers.

Fulin’s is currently hiring for several positions at the Cambridge location, which will be its first presence in Hamilton County.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, offering take-out and dine-in service.

"Family-owned and operated, Fulin’s has been elevating the status of Asian cuisine since 2004 with locations in Tennessee and Northern Alabama. The company places significant emphasis on hiring local employees and sourcing its food from local vendors. The result is an upscale dining experience that offers a menu that expertly fuses upscale Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes," officials said.

“If you have not had the opportunity to dine at Fulin’s, you are in for a serious treat,” said Jim Cheney, marketing director at Cambridge Square. “You can expect a great menu, beautiful new space with outdoor seating and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. We are excited to be a part of bringing this great eatery to Ooltewah.”

"Fulin’s menu brings together comprehensive and exciting Asian options including Chinese entrees, Sushi and Sashimi, Japanese entrees and specialty rolls, soups and appetizers. Fulin’s chefs and staff take great pride in their cuisine’s cultural heritage and selecting recipes and fresh ingredients that are traditionally prepared with modern twists," officials said.
