Police Looking For Walter Ray Carter On Charge Of Breaking Down Door, Strangling Person

Chattanooga Police are seeking to find a man who allegedly broke down a door and began strangling a person.

A warrant for aggravated domestic assault has been issued against Walter Ray Carter, 64.

Carter was last arrested on May 24 on charges of marijuana possession, driving on a revoked license and felonious operation of a motor vehicle.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Carter is asked to call 423-698-2525 or submit a tip on the Chattanooga PD Mobile App.
