Belinda Jackson Peacock was born in Dublin, Georgia on February 13, 1954, to the late Robert “Ironhead” Jackson and Mary Jackson. She went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at CHI Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Tamara “Niecy” Denise Brewton.

She attended Dublin High School in Dublin, Georgia and on January 2, 1974, she married Charles Peacock. To that union, three beautiful daughters were born. After spending a 20-year career in the U.S. Army, Belinda and Charles settled down in Chattanooga.
