Chattanooga Department of Transportation announces the following closures beginning Thursday:
Youngstown Road
Youngstown Road will be closed to through traffic due to utility construction beginning Thursday through Monday from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. daily. Detours will be posted.
E. 3rd Street
E. 3rd Street between Derby Circle and Derby Street will be closed due to concrete pouring beginning Thursday through Friday from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. daily. Detours will be posted.
