1st Presbyterian Church To Host Stephen Ministry Introductory Workshop Saturday

  • Monday, September 2, 2019

First Presbyterian Church is hosting a Stephen Ministry Introductory (Training) Workshop on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration begins at 8 am.

The half-day workshop is an excellent opportunity for community church leaders and members of congregations to learn about the Stephen Series, a ministry that equips and mobilizes volunteer laypeople for effective caregiving to church members who may be grieving or otherwise troubled.

During this event, participants will develop caregiving skills they can use right away.

The cost of the workshop is $15 per person or $50 for a group of four or more (from the same congregation).

For more information or to register for this half-day Stephen Ministry Introductory Workshop, call Stephen Ministries at (314) 428-2600 or visit: www.stephenministry.org/workshop.
